Changing of a major

How would I go by changing my major before I even begin in the Fall of 08, or should I start off with the major I want to take up? Or should I call admissions and tell them I want to change my major?

You haven't even started school and you want to change your major. That is okay, trust me. I changed my major 4 times while I was a student. Its very common. That being said, don't worry about changing it just yet. When you come for Orientation over the summer you'll have an opportunity then to have it changed. Since you'll be picking out classes that same day, it makes sense to change it then. If you changed it before hand then you're only giving yourself another chance to change your mind. Do some soul searching and come prepared in June to Orientation. Since most students take the same type of classes their first year its not going to hurt you if you wait a little while to declare a major. Good Luck!
