I do no know what to do

I can not fill out my residency form of my application because i dont know what response to put when it ask about taxes. I live with my mother and she does not file taxes. No one carries me. and i do not live with my father.

That is a very odd situation indeed. The best thing for you to do is to complete the form as best as possible. You may want to ask your father if he claims you on his taxes even though you don't live with him. Also, list that you live with your mother.
