Letter from Office of Financial Assistance

Letter indicates that your records indicate that I have not applied for admission to a program indicated on my FAFSA application and Francis Marion.   The letter indicates a number 38.

I am not clear what action I need to take to rectify this.  Please advise.

Re: Letter from Office of Financial Assistance

hlogan1981,

The letter you've recieved is a letter sent by the Office of Financial Assistance. It means that they aren't able to process your FASFA file for one reason or another the student has not been accepted. There are many reasons the student might get this message. For example, the students file might be missing some key elements like a current class schedule or SAT/ACT test scores which would cause this error. The best thing to do would be to call the Admissions of Financial Assistance to speak with a counselor since there are a number of reasons for this letter to go out. You can reach the Office of Financial Assistance at 843-661-1190. Thanks!
