Athletics at FMU

baseball players during the star spangled bannerFMU has an outstanding intercollegiate athletic program with six sports each for men and women. Over the last two seasons, several of our teams have advanced to postseason play, including the 2006 Baseball team which advanced to the Division II College World Series, and the 2007 Peach Belt Conference Tri-Champion Volleyball team. We are a two-time winner of the Peach Belt Conferences Commissioner's Cup award, indicating the best all-around athletic program in the league. If you are interested in wearing the Red, White and Blue for one of our athletics teams, please go to the athletics web page to find the coaches contact information.

Our athletes are students first. We rank among the conference leaders in the number of student-athletes named to the PBAC Presidential Honor Roll (at least a 3.0 GPA).
